Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sweet chili peppers (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a large pan and heat over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let it boil for a short time.
  • Then, turn the heat down to low and simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced and been absorbed into the mixture.
  • Place in a jar and allow to cool. Enjoy!
