⅓ cup dark soy sauce (mushroom flavoured) ¼ cup oyster sauce ¼ cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons mirin 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Remove from heat and serve immediately over udon noodles and vegetables. Store in an airtight container after cooling for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
