Ingredients
- 4 cups red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (heaping)
- 1⁄2 cup butter (softened)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup gouda cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Cut away any blemishes from the potato skins, then cube them.
- Boil potatoes until they are very soft, then drain them.
- Whip the butter and salt with a rotary beater until the butter melts.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Enjoy!
