This is a very tasty pasta made with a combination of rigatoni, Italian sausage, Italian seasoning, goat cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper that is enough to satisfy any appetite.
Remove sausage from the casing and cut it into chunks.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook sausage until slightly browned.
Add onion and red bell pepper and saute until softened.
Stir in garlic and cook for about one minute and then Add wine and allow to simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and red pepper (crushed), and sprinkle salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring continuously. Lower heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened.
Add pasta, Ramano, and basil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Place onto plates and garnish with the crumbled goat cheese.
