1⁄4cupRed wine or 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (recommended)
1 tablespoonOregano (dried)
1⁄2 teaspoon Black pepper
2dashes Tabasco sauce
Instructions
Cut the garlic into very small pieces.
Chop the parsley into little pieces.
Put the parsley and garlic into a jar that has a tight lid.
Squeeze the juice into the jar.
Add the olive oil, balsamic, oregano, pepper, and Tabasco sauce into the jar.
Close the jar tightly and shake it well.
Let your tilapia fillets sit in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
I like to cook the tilapia on a grill for around 5 minutes on each side. If you prefer, you can bake it in the oven for 30 minutes or cook it in a frying pan with Pam spray for about 15 minutes on the stove.
