Get that butter and melt it in a pan and toss in the garlic. Keep it sautéin' until it's fragrant and golden, but be sure not to let it brown.
Pour in the honey, brown sugar, ginger, a pinch of cayenne for a little kick, and a splash of soy sauce. Let all those flavours mingle and dance together in the pan.
Crank up the heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once it's bubbling, reduce that heat to low and let it simmer for around 5 minutes, or until it's reached a lusciously thick consistency.
