Take a tall narrow pot and pour milk/water into it while keeping the stove heat low.
Add 2 chocolate bars into this pot.
When the chocolate starts melting, gently move it with the molinillo for about 20 minutes to dissolve it completely.
After the dissolution of the chocolate, froth the beverage with the help of a wooden molinillo for about 10 minutes. Continue frothing till the chocolate drink gets a creamy frothy texture.
Pour it into your favourite mugs. Garnish every mug or glass of hot chocolate drink with a cinnamon stick. You can also add marshmallows to get more creamy relish. Serve it with sweet bread or pastry and enjoy chilly nights.

Adding milk will make your hot chocolate more delicious and rich in flavour.
However, using water instead of chocolate makes this drink more energetic and has a pronounced chocolate flavour.
Adjust the quantity of chocolate according to taste and brand because every brand has a different chocolate taste.
Make sure to use milk at a moderate temperature. If milk gets boiled, cool it for a few minutes at room temperature. Then, continue frothing. Keep it again while frothing on heat but avoid boiling.
