- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 1 Cream Cheese (8-ounce package)
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces Shrimp or Crawfish (cooked, peeled and minced)
Begin by heating water in a small pot until it boils.
Remove the pot from heat and dissolve the chicken bouillon in the hot water. Set this mixture aside.
In a 4-cup casserole dish, microwave cream cheese for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes, or until it softens. Stir it until it becomes creamy.
Incorporate sour cream into the mixture, ensuring it's well combined.
Slowly add the bouillon water while stirring.
Include parsley, Beau Monde seasoning, pepper, cheese, and shrimp or crawfish. Gently mix all the ingredients.
Microwave the mixture on high, uncovered, for 3 - 4 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Stir it once or twice during this time.
Serve your delicious fondue with bread or other dippers of your choice.
- Use pre-cooked seafood to save time.
- Don't cook too long; seafood should be tender.
