Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup  Water
  • 1 teaspoon  Instant Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Cream Cheese (8-ounce package) 
  • 1/4 cup  Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon  Parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon  Freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon  Beau Monde Seasoning
  • 1 cup  Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces  Shrimp or Crawfish (cooked, peeled and minced)

Instructions
 

  • Begin by heating water in a small pot until it boils.
  • Remove the pot from heat and dissolve the chicken bouillon in the hot water. Set this mixture aside.
  • In a 4-cup casserole dish, microwave cream cheese for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes, or until it softens. Stir it until it becomes creamy.
  • Incorporate sour cream into the mixture, ensuring it's well combined.
  • Slowly add the bouillon water while stirring.
  • Include parsley, Beau Monde seasoning, pepper, cheese, and shrimp or crawfish. Gently mix all the ingredients.
  • Microwave the mixture on high, uncovered, for 3 - 4 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Stir it once or twice during this time.
  • Serve your delicious fondue with bread or other dippers of your choice.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked seafood to save time.
  • Don't cook too long; seafood should be tender.
