Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix condensed milk, coconut, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  • In a mixer, whisk egg whites and salt until medium peaks form.
  • Gently fold egg whites into the coconut mixture.
  • Use an ice cream scoop or teaspoons to drop the batter onto parchment-lined trays.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
