Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups Water
  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium  Onion (chopped)
  • jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)
  • 1 can Whole kernel corn (drained) (15 ounce)
  • 1 can Black beans (rinsed and drained) (15 ounces)
  • 2 cans Tomatoes (crushed) (15 ounces) 
  • 2 cans Pinto beans (drained) (15 ounces)
  • 1 can Tomatoes and Green chiles (such as RO*TEL®) (diced) (10 ounce)
  • 1 can Black olives (sliced and drained) (3.8 ounces)
  • 1 envelope Taco seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix

Instructions
 

  • In a 4-quart soup pot, cook beef, onion, and jalapeño until done. 
  • Add water, tomatoes, pinto beans, corn, black beans, RO*TEL, olives, ranch, and taco seasoning. Mix well. 
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Cook the ground beef perfectly before adding other stuff. This makes the soup taste even better.
  • Use plenty of ranch dressing. It's the star of the show and makes the soup extra tasty.
