Old Fashioned Snow Cream Recipe
If you’re an ice cream lover, chances are you’ve seen your share of old fashioned snow creams. These are typically made with milk and eggs, a little sugar and vanilla extract, and it’s delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Fresh snow
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 can Evaporated milk
Instructions
- Place the freshly fallen snow in a large bowl. (It must be light and fluffy without any icy bits)
- Blend all ingredients except snow until foamy, one or two minutes.
- Gently fold the mixture into the snow and enjoy it right away.
