For The Steak 12 oz Steak sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip Salt and pepper (to taste) 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil For The Pasta 8 oz Pasta ¼ lb Butter 2 cups Heavy cream ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Salt and pepper (to taste) For The Assembling 1 oz Tomatoes in oil (sundried) 2 oz Fresh baby spinach (washed) 2 oz Gorgonzola cheese
Put a hot skillet with vegetable oil on the stove and season steak with salt and pepper.
Cook steak until desired doneness is achieved. Rest the steak for a few minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Add butter and heavy cream to a medium pot to make Alfredo sauce. On medium heat, heat the cream and butter just until they begin to bubble.
Add garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
Place the pasta on a plate, then add the spinach and toss. Add Alfredo sauce to a bowl, and then serve on a serving plate.
Place portions of steak on top of the pasta. Garnish with cut sundried tomatoes and Gorgonzola cheese.
Place the steak and pasta under a broiler for a few minutes until the cheese begins to brown.
In a small pot, pour balsamic vinegar. Cook until the vinegar is reduced by half. Pour glaze over steak just before serving. Enjoy!
