- 1 cup Raspberry Puree
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Red Currant Jelly
- ¼ teaspoon Corn Starch
Combine sugar, raspberry puree, and red currant jelly in a saucepan.
Let it simmer and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with cold water.
During simmering, stir the mixture to make sure the jelly melts, the sugar dissolves, and it becomes tender.
Use a mesh strainer to collect the juice and then pour it into a glass measuring cup. Discard the seeds and pulp.
Cool it down and store it in an airtight jar. Use it as a dessert topping. Enjoy!
