Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raspberry Puree
  • ¼ cup  Sugar
  • ½ cup  Red Currant Jelly
  • ¼ teaspoon Corn Starch

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar, raspberry puree, and red currant jelly in a saucepan.
  • Let it simmer and boil for 5 minutes. Stir in a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with cold water.
  • During simmering, stir the mixture to make sure the jelly melts, the sugar dissolves, and it becomes tender.
  • Use a mesh strainer to collect the juice and then pour it into a glass measuring cup. Discard the seeds and pulp.
  • Cool it down and store it in an airtight jar. Use it as a dessert topping. Enjoy!
