Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds seedless grapes (half red and half green)
  • 3 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • cups sour cream
  • 1¼ cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • ½ cup pecans (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stems from the grapes and wash them. Let them dry completely.
  • Use a handheld mixer to beat cream cheese until it is completely smooth in a large bowl. 
  • Pour in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently mix until all the grapes are covered. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top of the grape salad just before serving. Enjoy!
