5 pounds seedless grapes (half red and half green) 3 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese (room temperature) 2½ cups sour cream 1¼ cups sugar 1 tablespoon of vanilla ½ cup pecans (finely chopped) ½ cup brown sugar
Remove the stems from the grapes and wash them. Let them dry completely.
Use a handheld mixer to beat cream cheese until it is completely smooth in a large bowl.
Pour in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently mix until all the grapes are covered. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top of the grape salad just before serving. Enjoy!
