Cuisine American
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup vanilla ready-to-spread frosting
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by lining it with foil and coating it with shortening.
Using a quarter-inch-thick slicer, cut cookie dough into 1-inch-thick slices and place in a cake pan. Use floured fingers to press slices together to form a crust.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Lift the crust from the pan using foil. Carefully remove the foil from the crust and place it on a serving platter or tray.
Spread peanut butter over the crust. Sprinkle candy corn and raisins evenly over the top.
Microwave frosting in a microwavable bowl for 10 to 15 seconds on high, or until thin and drizzling.
Spread frosting on top of cookie pizza. Slice into wedges or squares. Enjoy!
