Candy Corn Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup vanilla ready-to-spread frosting

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by lining it with foil and coating it with shortening. 
  • Using a quarter-inch-thick slicer, cut cookie dough into 1-inch-thick slices and place in a cake pan. Use floured fingers to press slices together to form a crust.
  • Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Lift the crust from the pan using foil. Carefully remove the foil from the crust and place it on a serving platter or tray. 
  • Spread peanut butter over the crust. Sprinkle candy corn and raisins evenly over the top.
  • Microwave frosting in a microwavable bowl for 10 to 15 seconds on high, or until thin and drizzling. 
  • Spread frosting on top of cookie pizza. Slice into wedges or squares. Enjoy!
