Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls of pineapple (chopped)
  • 1 handful of tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon of red paper and black pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 5 radishes
  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • Crunchy chicken cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled tortilla chips
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

For The Salad

  • Take a big chopping board and chop all the veggies. First slice the onions and tomatoes. Then peel, chop, and grate the carrots, cucumber, and radishes. Slice the pineapple into smaller cubes as well.
  • Take the lettuce, pluck the roasted leaves, and now chop them after separating the leaves from one another.
  • In a salad bowl, combine all the veggies and mix well. Stir in the small cubes of chicken.
  • Sprinkle some tortilla chips on it to add a little crispiness.

For The Dressing

  • Mix olive oil, honey, onion powder, sliced garlic clove, vinegar and olive oil quite thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle some red and black pepper and lime juice on top. Blend until all the flavors are blended together.
  • If you want it hotter, add a dash of hot sauce. Combine the dressing with the salad using salad mixing tongs. When all the ingredients are combined, put them in a pretty serving bowl. Enjoy!
