Texas roadhouse grilled salmon is an ideal meal for the summer or for any time you want to create a meal that will leave your family and guests satisfied.
1/3 cup fresh basil (minced) or 5 teaspoons basil (dried)
6 garlic cloves (minced)
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce (Annie’s Naturals)
3 teaspoons dried thyme
3 teaspoons curry powder
1/3 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
For The Tartar Sauce
1-1/2tablespoon green onion (finely chopped)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon Badia Dill Weed
1-1/2tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/3 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Combine the lemon Worcestershire Sauce, juice, butter, soy sauce, basil, garlic cloves, dried thyme, curry powder, pepper & salt in a small dish.
Pour the mixture into a large resealable plastic bag; stir in salmon. Then seal the bag, and turn to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and turn periodically.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for tartar sauce and chill until serving time.
Remove the marinade and drain. Moisten the paper towel with cooking oil and cover lightly with a grill rack with the help of long-handled tongs. Place the salmon skin-side-down on top of the grill rack.
Grill the fish under a cover on moderate heat for 8-10 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork. Pair it with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
