Ingredients
  

  • cup dark soy sauce (mushroom flavoured)
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately over udon noodles and vegetables. Store in an airtight container after cooling for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
