  • 4 lbs Red Bliss potatoes
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup green onion top (finely chopped)
  • 1 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 3⁄4 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 1 3⁄4 teaspoons salt

Instructions
 

  • Steam the potatoes skin-on for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool until you can handle them.
  • Boil the eggs. When the eggs are cool enough to handle, peel them.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the large bowl and stir thoroughly.
  • Chop the potatoes and eggs into bite-size pieces, and add them to a bowl. Mix well.
