- ½ cup mirin
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
Combine sake, mirin, brown sugar, soy sauce in a saucepan.
Put it on the stove and bring it to a boil. Make sure all of the sugar is dissolved before transferring it to a bowl or jar.
You can either use it right away or let it cool and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it. Enjoy!
