1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth mixed with 2 teaspoons cornstarch, good quality broth)
2 slices bread
Instructions
Combine the ground beef, Montreal Steak Spice, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Form two patties.
Place the patties in a loaf pan and brown both sides.
In a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven, pour the broth-cornstarch mixture over the browned patties, add the onion bits, cover with foil, and cook for one hour.
Put both patties on slices of bread and top with gravy. Enjoy!
