  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Italian parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
  • squeeze of lemon juice
