Preheat the oven to 375° Fahrenheit. On a baking sheet, place whole tomatillos and crushed garlic. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until charred.
Then, combine the tomatillos and garlic with the red chile powder, cumin, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Then process until smooth.
Then add Tabasco and process again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
It can be served immediately or chilled until ready to eat in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
