Instructions
Combine ground pork, onion, celery, carrot, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large saucepan. Brown the pork over medium heat.
Stir in the chicken broth, beef broth, tomato sauce, soy sauce, sherry, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add the spinach and wonton wrappers. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are cooked through. Enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh ingredients. This is key for any dish, but especially for soup. Fresh ingredients will provide the best flavor and texture.
Use plenty of greens. Add a variety of greens to your soup, such as bok choy, cabbage, or spinach. Not only will they add color and nutrition, but they'll also bulk up the soup and make it more filling.
Be sure to toast the sesame oil and Nama Shoyu before adding them to the soup will add a delicious flavor and a slight crunch.
For a richer soup, add shrimp. You can also add in some diced onion or celery for extra flavor.
