- 1 (18 oz box) white cake mix
- 1 (6 oz box) Jell-O blackberry fusion
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup blackberry wine
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup blackberry wine
Prepare a bundt pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Combine the cake mix and Jell-O blackberry fusion.
Add the eggs, oil, and wine. Slowly beat at medium speed.
Place in the oven and Bake for about 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow cooling completely.
Mix powdered sugar with enough wine to thin to spreading consistency. In order to prevent it from running down the sides, it should be a little thick.
Drizzle the mixture over the cake. Serve immediately with fresh berries.
