- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth (undiluted)
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons dried onion (minced)2 teaspoons dried onion (minced)

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in flour and cook for one minute, whisking constantly.
Stir in broth and the remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper over 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves before serving gravy over them.
Cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side in a skillet with 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Garnish with gravy. Enjoy!
