Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth (undiluted)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion (minced)2 teaspoons dried onion (minced)
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in flour and cook for one minute, whisking constantly.
  • Stir in broth and the remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper over 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves before serving gravy over them.
  • Cook chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side in a skillet with 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Garnish with gravy. Enjoy!
