In a large Blendtecblender, blend the tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, avocado, cilantro, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and water until smooth. You may need to adjust the seasonings based on your taste.
Add corn, black beans, and chicken to the soup and pulse once or twice until smooth, but leaves chunks.
The soup can be served with crumbled tortilla chips. Add cilantro and avocado to the top. Enjoy!
