Ingredients

  • 5 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 8 oz ( 1 cup ) Butter
  • Lemon Juice (To taste)
  • 2 oz (¼ cup) Soy sauce
  • Black pepper (To taste)

Instructions

  • Take the Wholesome Foods unsalted butter or the homemade one.
  • Leave the butter outside the fridge for half an hour so that it becomes soft and easy to handle. If the butter is extra cold, you can give it a round in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
  • If you are using fresh lemon, roll it on a hard surface and then cut it from the middle. Remove the seeds from the lemon if present.
  • Now take some fresh garlic bubbles and peel them.
  • For garlic, you have a lot of options. You can adopt one according to your choice. You can make chunks, small pieces, dice, or completely grind and mash the garlic. You can also use roasted garlic and garlic paste.
  • For roasting, place the garlic in the oven for half an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit temperature. Then take it out and grind it to your desired size.
  • Now take a bowl and mix the butter with toasted, diced, or mashed garlic. Keep mixing until you are sure that all the garlic is evenly distributed in the butter.
  • Add the hot sauce to this mixture and stir to incorporate the sauce in the butter.
  • Then add black pepper, and lemon juice according to your taste.
  • Mix it well. Your Benihana garlic butter is ready.
