Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Wagyu ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Garlic minced (cloves)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 large Chopped yellow onion
  • 2 oz Worcestershire sauce (¼ cup)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Dried basil
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano
  • Salt to taste 
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

On the Stove:

  • Take a large skillet and add 2 tbsp of olive oil to it. Heat at medium-high flame.
  • In the hot olive oil, add minced garlic and chopped yellow onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes until they are softened.
  • If you have frozen beef, first thaw it for a day in the refrigerator. If the beef is fresh, you are ready to go.
  • In the softened garlic and onion, add the wagyu ground beef. Cook until the meat starts browning. While cooking, keep breaking the beef with a spatula.
  • In the browned Wagyu ground beef, add tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika according to the quantities mentioned in the ingredients list. Stir well so that everything is mixed up in a good manner.
  • Add the salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Lessen the flame to low. Bring to a simmer and keep simmering for 15 minutes so that the ingredients and ground beef have been properly cooked and given the desired flavor and consistency. Your Wagyu ground beef is ready. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!

On the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • Make the patties of the ground beef of about one-inch thickness.
  • To make sure that the patties do not stick to the grill, brush it with some olive oil.
  • On the oiled hot grill, place the beef patties. Cook each side for 4 minutes or until the desired level of doneness.
  • Transfer the patties to a dish. Your Wagyu ground beef is ready. Serve immediately either as it is or in a bun. Bon appetit!
