Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (HONEY MAID)
  • cup butter or margarine (melted)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 packages (8-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine 3 tbsp of sugar, melted butter and breadcrumbs;  press thoroughly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
  • Pour eggs one at a time into a mixing bowl and blend on low speed. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes and the centre is almost set. 
  • Remove the cheesecake from the pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
  • Garnish the cheesecake with your favourite toppings and Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
