2 pounds chuck steak (cubed) 1 green bell pepper (chopped) 1 red bell pepper(chopped) 1/2 white onion (chopped and divided) 4-5 tomatoes 1 garlic clove Salt & Pepper (to taste) 1 (pack) Goya achiote 2-3 teaspoons Knorr (for chicken flavour)
In a saucepan, heat a little oil and add the meat when the oil is hot. Let it cook over medium flame for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Add one-fourth of the onion and bell peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes or more if needed.
Blend the tomatoes one-fourth of white onion goya achiote, knorr, garlic cloves, and water in a blender when the meat is cooking.
Add the blend to the meat and cook for 20 minutes over low flame. Serve and Enjoy!
