- 1 lb Turkey necks (deli cut)
- 2 cups Celery (chopped)
- 1 Whole onion (chopped)
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Chef Paul's Poultry Seasoning
- Cayenne pepper
Add turkey necks, onion and celery to a large stew pot.
Pour the water into a pot and bring to a hard boil. After that cover the pot with a lid and boil for about 1 hour on medium heat.
Once turkey necks are boiled. Add Chef Paul's Poultry Seasoning.
Boil again for about 1 ½ hours or until the meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
Remove the turkey necks from the pot and transfer them to a large bowl to use as you wish. Enjoy!
