Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Turkey necks (deli cut)
  • 2 cups Celery (chopped)
  • 1 Whole onion (chopped)
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Chef Paul's Poultry Seasoning
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add turkey necks, onion and celery to a large stew pot.
  • Pour the water into a pot and bring to a hard boil. After that cover the pot with a lid and boil for about 1 hour on medium heat.
  • Once turkey necks are boiled. Add Chef Paul's Poultry Seasoning.
  • Boil again for about 1 ½ hours or until the meat is tender. Add more water if needed.
  • Remove the turkey necks from the pot and transfer them to a large bowl to use as you wish. Enjoy!
