1 cup Greek yoghurt (plain ) 1 large cucumber 1 garlic clove 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped dill Salt and pepper (to taste)
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and combined them well.
Use a spatula to combine everything well. If you like a thinner salad dressing, you can add a little water and olive oil to thin it out.
Try your dressing and add more seasoning or flavourings to make it taste how you like it.
Place the dressing in a refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
