Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (plain )
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and combined them well.
  • Use a spatula to combine everything well. If you like a thinner salad dressing, you can add a little water and olive oil to thin it out.
  • Try your dressing and add more seasoning or flavourings to make it taste how you like it. 
  • Place the dressing in a refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
