Philadelphia 3-Step Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (8-oz package) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (6-oz) graham cracker crumb crust (pre-made)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Add sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a mixer and beat on low speed until completely combined. After that, beat in eggs completely.
  • Transfer the mixture to the graham cracker crust.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the top of the cheesecake is light golden brown and the centre is jiggly. 
  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool in a room temperature. Once cooled, place in a refrigerator for about 3-4 hours and serve. 

Notes

  • Before making the cheesecake, keep the cream cheese at room temperature so that it is easy to mix and does not form lumps.
  • Mix the cheesecake ingredients in a blender on low speed; if you mix it on high speed, the cheesecake will break up.
  • Before placing the cheesecake in the refrigerator, make sure that the cheesecake has cooled or not.
