- 2 (8-oz package) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 (6-oz) graham cracker crumb crust (pre-made)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Add sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a mixer and beat on low speed until completely combined. After that, beat in eggs completely.
Transfer the mixture to the graham cracker crust.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until the top of the cheesecake is light golden brown and the centre is jiggly.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool in a room temperature. Once cooled, place in a refrigerator for about 3-4 hours and serve.
- Before making the cheesecake, keep the cream cheese at room temperature so that it is easy to mix and does not form lumps.
- Mix the cheesecake ingredients in a blender on low speed; if you mix it on high speed, the cheesecake will break up.
- Before placing the cheesecake in the refrigerator, make sure that the cheesecake has cooled or not.
