For The Wild West Shrimp:
- 1 package Popcorn shrimp (12-ounce)
- Cherry pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Ranch dressing
For The Prairie Dust
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup kosher salt (finely ground)
- 1/4 sugar (brown)
- 2 tablespoons mustard powder
- 1/4 cup chilli powder
- 1/4 cup cumin (ground)
- 2 tablespoons black pepper (ground)
- 1/4 cup garlic (granulated)
- 2 tablespoons cayenne
Add oil to a deep skillet and fry the shrimp.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a saucepan, add butter and lemon juice and cook until the butter is melted.
Combine the prairie dust ingredients and mix them together. Store the mixture in a container.
In a saucepan, add fried shrimp, cherry peppers and prairie dust. Simmer the mixture on low heat until all the flavours are combined.
Serve with ranch dressing and enjoy!
