The egg pudding is one of the classic desserts. It gets its name from the egg custard used to make it. Egg pudding is typically served warm, although it can also be served cold, especially on Christmas Day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ‏Egg
  • 2 slices ‏Bread
  • 1/2 kg ‏Milk
  • 4 oz ‏Sugar
  • Some cardamom
  • 1 tbsp ‏Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, heat some oil. Add some cardamom seeds to the oil. This will add a pleasant aroma.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine egg yolk and sugar. Separately beat the egg white. Dip bread slices into milk and mash them well.
  • Mix together the oil, bread, milk, egg yolk, and egg white, all in a bowl. Grease a baking sheet. Put this mixture into the baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour.
  • Let it cool at room temperature for a few minutes before placing it in the refrigerator. You can top it with any sweet sauce of your choices, such as caramel or honey. This delicious egg pudding will make you happy.
