Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Sam’s Club Chicken boiled or roasted
  • 100 g white celery
  • 1 1/2 cup Lettuce leaves
  • 3/4` cup Black olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Capers optional

Instructions
 

  • In order to prepare the chicken salad, cut the meat into pieces with a knife: the pieces do not necessarily need to be the same size.
  • Chop the Veggies: Dice the celery and lettuce. Slice the black olives.
  • Mix Everything Together: Clean and dry the lettuce leaves. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, lettuce, black olives, and capers (if using)
  • Clean and dry the lettuce leaves. Place the chicken and chopped celery in a large salad bowl.
  • Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
