Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Cherries dried
  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 60 g Brown sugar
  • 25 g Brewer’s yeast
  • 10 g Barley malt

Instructions
 

  • Pour the flour, cherries, and 50 grams of sugar into the bowl of the mixer, and start the hook to mix them together.
  • Allow the milk to heat in the microwave before adding the barley malt and yeast.
  • Add the mixture to the mixer and form a ball. Let the dough rise for one hour covered with the cloth.
  • Divide the dough into many small balls and place them in a pan. Let them rise for about 40 minutes. After the first leavening, work the dough a little and divide it into many small balls.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over the surface. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Allow the bread to bake for 20 minutes.
