Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the chicken, cheddar cheese, soup, ranch packet, cream cheese, sour cream, and pepper in a medium bowl.
Place the crescent rolls on a large baking sheet after removing them from the package.
Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture to the large end of each triangle. Roll each triangle starting from the larger end. Press gently to keep the filling in place.
