Pioneer Woman Hamburger noodle casserole is a fun, easy and delicious dish that can be made in under thirty minutes. This is the perfect dish to make when you’re hanging out with family or friends because you can just grab some ingredients and put them together right then and there.
2 cans (10.5-oz)Condensed soup ( one can tomato and one can cream of mushroom )
1 container (8-oz)Sour cream

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Cook beef with dried onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the beef as it cooks. Drain.
Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add 3.5 cups of beef broth and scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the pan.
Add the corn and egg noodles. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes until noodles are just tender, stirring frequently.
Turn off the heat once most of the broth has been used and the noodles are cooked.
Add 1 cup of shredded cheese, sour cream, and both soup cans.
Spread the mixture into a casserole dish and cover with the remaining cheese.
Place in the oven and Cook Casserole for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Remove the casserole dish from the oven. Let it cool on the counter for five to ten minutes before serving. Enjoy!
