Chick fil a lemon kale caesar salad is a hearty, nutritious, delicious and refreshing salad. This salad is best served in the summer months when the weather is warm and inviting.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar. Close the lid and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use. (Vinaigrette stays fresh for one week in the refrigerator - shake it well before using).
Add the panko breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese to a baking sheet to make the breadcrumbs. Broil on high for one minute. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn!
Once baking is complete, remove them gently from the baking sheet and place them on a plate or bowl.
Add kale, romaine lettuce, and parmesan cheese to two salad bowls or deep plates. Top with grilled chicken as desired.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. On each plate, add two lemon wedges to the edge and drizzle lemon vinaigrette over both salads. Enjoy!
