Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup turkey tail mushroom (chopped)
  • 7 cups purified water
  • 3/4 teaspoon of honey (local)
  • 3.5 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 2 drops of lemon essential oil

Instructions
 

  • Place the chopped turkey tail mushrooms in the large pot of water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer for 1 hour.
  • Strain the mixture through a strainer. Mix in a quarter teaspoon of freshly ground turmeric and honey. Mix well.
  • Add the lemon essential oil and mix again. (To enhance the flavour, add one drop of ginger, cinnamon, or lemon essential oils, or stevia to almond milk). Take a sip!
