  • 20 ml baileys liquor
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a small pan, melt butter. Add sugar. Then add flour slowly, stirring until golden and bubbling.
  • Remove from heat and add Baileys slowly. Stir the sauce continuously to achieve a smooth texture.
