Sheet Pan Meatloaf is a delicious, hearty, and convenient meal that’s suitable for both casual parties and family gatherings. Sheet pan meatloaf is nothing like the meatloaf you get at a restaurant. It’s easy to make and tasty at home.
6 slices of regular bacon (cooked crisp, cooled, and chopped)
Mashed potatoes (for serving)
chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a half-sheet pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
In a bowl, pour the milk over the bread and let it soak up the liquid.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, milk-soaked bread, Parmesan, seasoned salt, parsley, and pepper.
Add the eggs. Mix the ingredients until well combined using clean hands.
Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly to the edges and corners.
For the glaze: Combine ketchup, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until well combined. Apply the mixture evenly to the meatloaf's top. Garnish with bacon.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly browned.
When the meatloaf is done, remove it from the oven, chop it into squares, and serve it with the mashed potatoes. Garnish with the chopped parsley. Enjoy!
