Ingredients
  

  • 5 granny smith apples (sliced)
  • 2 cans cinnamon roll
  • ½ cup sugar (approximately 100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit and spray a pie dish with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, peel and slice the apples thinly and put them in the refrigerator to cool. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch to apples.
  • Roll out each cinnamon roll with flour until it is thin. To create the bottom crust, layer flattened cinnamon rolls into the pie dish.
  • Add the apples and layer the rest of the rolls on top to create a closed crust, pressing with your fingers to seal any holes.
  • Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Let the pie cool and drizzle with icing. Have fun!
