  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 clove small garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 
  • To blend the flavors, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Serve with your favorite dish. Enjoy!
