Put the tapioca pearls in milk and let them soak overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the tapioca, milk, and rice in a large pan over medium heat.
Mix in the eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir constantly for 15 minutes over medium heat. Don't boil.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, pour the mixture and stir in the raisins. Put a lid on it or cover it with aluminum foil.
Place the baking dish in the preheated ovenand bake for about 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, stir in the vanilla. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve!
