  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 cup white rice (cooked)

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step By Step Instructions To Make Tapioca Rice Pudding

Step 1

Put the tapioca pearls in milk and let them soak overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the tapioca, milk, and rice in a large pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Mix in the eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir constantly for 15 minutes over medium heat. Don’t boil.

Step 4

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, pour the mixture and stir in the raisins. Put a lid on it or cover it with aluminum foil.

Step 5

Place the baking dish in the preheated ovenand bake for about 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, stir in the vanilla. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve!
