Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz dry garden rotini
  • 1 medium head broccoli (chopped into small florets)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add salt. Then add the rotini and boil the noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and dry mustard while rotini cooks.
  • Once pasta is cooked, drain it. Mix the pasta with the prepared dressing in a large bowl.
  • Then fold in the shredded cheese. Before serving, refrigerate for a few hours. enjoy!
