- 1 tablespoon dehydrated tomato soup mix
- 2 to 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules (depending on how salty you want it)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white sugar (granulated)
- 3/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon basil (dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
Prepare the soup by mixing the first 16 ingredients together and bringing it to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes; remove bay leaf after 15 minutes.
Stir cornstarch into sauce with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir constantly until sauce thickens.
Add vegetable oil and whisk until combined. Serve with your favorite dish. Enjoy!
